The project included identifying the need within the population, complete a literature review on published material, generate program goals and objectives, design and describe the project description, create a budget, and finally develop a logic model for the process.

The project included creating and costing out a 7-day quantified menu appropriate for the eating ability of the patrons and a nutritional analysis. It also included researching product specifications for foodservice and creating an employee-training component.
